Gary had a good question, which Bubba side stepped. Why make the tape in the first place? Then Bubba started to discredit Gary because of his agent affiliation.

Bubba has a security system camera pointed right as his bed. The monitors for said system are not in your office? You have to burn a DVD of the footage. Then the DVD is moved from your home to the fucking BRN of all places? Then when it goes missing someone stole something?

While I'm sure Sirius doesn't want the baggage, I think it is also clear that, aside from their cash cow Howard, they are in the direction of cutting down on talk/live talent.
