Do you believe Hootie did not know he was being recorded at Bubba's house?
I for one do not, that day in October 2012 when Hogan filed the lawsuit and Bubba went on his rant about how Hootie knew, how HE was the one who was badgering Bubba to bang Heather and all the rest of the revelations Bubba dropped that day were a 100% shoot.

Some food for thought here, if Hootie didn't know he was being recorded wouldn't Bubba have been charged criminally based on the Florida two party consent law?
