I'm telling you, the SAO doesn't make it a habit to not help people out and to take it one step further, actually accuse the "victim" of being the criminal, unless of course they have solid evidence that supports their claim. If you're referring to the Donte Morris sawed off shotgun deal, then yes, he let him go because the guy that was the victim was a drug dealer that was found with weed on him at the time and there was zero chance of getting a conviction with the credibility of the "victim". I'm not saying Ober is perfect, probably far from it. All I'm saying is, is that the SAO knows what they are doing when it comes to stuff like this.
