So now he's still going to take off 3 plus weeks for Christmas? Thought he wasn't going to do that with Beasley?

Good work if you can get it I guess.Originally posted by Drew GaraboCpt., with full awareness of your disdain for me, I still have to say that you are making some strong points.

Ive never understood the concept of "life insurance". You buy insurance in case something happens... you get auto insurance in case you get in a wreck. You buy homeowners insurance incase something happens to your home.. There is no "in case" with death... you're going to die, theres no question about it. It really shouldn't be called insurance.

In my case specifically, I have life insurance through work (10x what my annual salary is). I just turned 40, married, have two kids 14 & 12 and a mortgage and have no plans on dying any time soon That being said, if something unfortunate were to happen to me I know my wife and kids would be taken care of financially and they wouldn't lose the house we've worked so hard for or have to go online and beg for money via a go fund me. It's piece of mind and good planning more than anything. Am I throwing away $20 a month? Possibly, but if something does happen, I can die knowing my family isn't ruined.Originally posted by Drew GaraboCpt., with full awareness of your disdain for me, I still have to say that you are making some strong points.
