Same thing happened to me, had a DUI accident, now I don't drink hardly ever and never drink and drive, you should wake the fuck up after something like this happens if you don't fuck you rot in jail.

According to Bubba no, she's being "railroaded" by the justice system. If she didn't contribute to the show he'd want the book thrown at her I'm sure.

The no drinking part is as long as they are on probation. My kid had that for his DUI. Once the case was settled, it still goes on until he pays off the court costs...then he's free.

Considering he was twice the legal limit facing a felony...yeah. Not as good as we hoped, but the other option was to take it to trial. Would have lost.
