It's actually completely different. Scratch off lotto is pure chance. Studying fantasy stats and then gambling on it takes time, effort and a modicum of smarts/talent. It is odd that 1 percent of the people are winning a majority of the money. I saw an article a little while back that both fan duel and draft kings were being investigated for what amounts to their version of insider trading regarding the folks working their had an unfair advantage based on proprietary statistical information.
