I had a boss who bought the whole Shop pizza on Saturday. I thought, this guy is alright!, then I find out he takes $5. a week off our cheques for it.

How illegal is that?

It's got to be as bad as my place, who has a uniform dress code. That's nice, they supply the uniforms and charge the employees for them. (at inflated costs), and require you to wear them.

bubba keeps harping on Sirius. It's obvious that Mel and Co are pandering to the TV/Movie stars, Sirius is for people/entertainers to transition from the visual medium to the audible medium, like crossing over. It's never been about 'radio' only talent. They put this stuff in cars and offer it free, they don't really care who listens or how 'radio savvy' you are. It's also not up to Bubba or Stern to figure out how to run a company you work for. If you don't like it, you get another job. Pretty much sums it up.

It's like leaving your girlfriend, it takes time to get over. Stern, Bubba, and Scotty are/were all treated like shit. Stern had stated many times that he was hired to bring subs in, which he did by bringing in good radio talent. I don't know that they'll be able to keep up 20 million subs with their "new" way of entertainment. I never thought of it the way you describe Lerch, but now that you have, I wonder how this will continue. Kind of like TV on radio

When I drove by where they are having the cops funeral at about 6:30, they already had cops getting ready to shut down the roads. I'm sure glad I don't work in that area anymore, what a nightmare!!
