no the ratings company put out a statement they are investigating ratings fraud.

If I recall correctly, that statement came out after her report and they confirmed they were looking into it. So where did she get the info, from Cox because they are the ones who made the allegations via Cowshit? Maybe I'm wrong n this, but that is what I thought happened.
