I asked my wife and she said explicitly that there is no way Bubba will get a Freestyle machine at the BRN. They are reserved for "High Volume Customers" and are not given out willy nilly. She also told me they rent out at $300 per month, plus ice and carbonation.

I don't think I agree with Kevin being able to get Habitual Traffic Offenders/Lifetime Revocation people their driving privileges back. Their licenses were taken for good reason, these are the people who should not be on the road IMO.

I don't know man, young people do stupid shit. Not that all the cases are like that, but you know.

What I'm saying is not the guy with a few infractions, these are the people with so many offenses they either take their license for 5 years (usually for numerous DUI's) or lifetime revocations for people who are so shitty they don't want them ever on the road again. It's also not usually young people from what I've seen.
