He's not late, the defense is deposing him because he's kind of a "surprise" witness and they haven't had a chance to talk to him prior. The Bar deposed Rob Adams and it took three hours because he decided to speak on the stand this time and his prior deposition was pleadin the fif, same deal here.

UPDATE: Attorneys still deposing Melissa's ex-husband. No telling when court will begin. Kris Personius will prob take stand after lunch.
