Yeah they showed again today...for 2008 the top 5% of earners paid 60% of all taxes. We need a flat tax bad so EVERYONE pays!! ANd get rid of our current tax system. Fuck, just getting rid of the IRS would save billions and billions.

Nope, it was basically an executive order by Woodrow Wilson that created a temporary need for immediate income to pay for WW 1!! Was never ratified and is basically illegal!! Making the IRS basically illegal as well.
