I don't mind that it has dark meat in it. That usually has more flavor and moisture anyway. Last year I roasted a chicken so I thought I would try something different. I usually only eat the dark meat. this breast roast the wife got was surprisingly good. Not all dried up and shit as normal. Now with the real turkey tomorrow, all dark meat for me. Plus ham that I am makin.Originally posted by SJComment
