And Bubba has shitty ancillary staff. Minimum wages, lack of motivation and outside stuff is handled by friends (Caro/Digiquest, etc.). If shit isn't getting done, it falls on him.

He makes good points, but he's been whiny as hell lately. So who is he to get on a certain someone's case about being "whiny."

If he's not happy businesswise, he needs to look inward. Make somechanges, maybe part with a few more dollars to get decent workers.

I know I don't know all aspects of his business, but sitting around pouting about it doesn't do shit.
