Yeah, it was just a lot of secondary bullshit. The house itself sold no problem, it was sweating the multiple inspections, appraisals and up until last night the new owners couldn't find decent homeowners insurance until I put them in touch with the company we were using. But since they got the insurance so late in the day instead of closing today, we will now close on Monday. Once we close, we will have to wait another 3-4 weeks to move into our new place. Fun times
