We had a minor set back. The VA will not allow the loan to go through until a new roof is put on. The roofers will start on Monday and be done by Wednesday good lord willing. Then we have Thanksgiving so that will be a few lost days, then the VA has to go back out and give a new approval/appraisal and then we can close. It's looking like we should be in the first week of December. Thanks for asking
