My guess is that he initially bought into Bubba's bullshit of Spice being the biggest motherfucker to ever work at the BRN. Now he's (Shando) coming to his senses that Bubba is actually the biggest motherfucker to ever work at the BRN and that Spice wasn't all that bad.
