Did you guys see that this scumbag is now suspected in 3 other murders since he was released in April? The cops didn't know this at the time because it hadn't been known, but most likely this scumbag did and that is what he thought they were trying to arrest him for.
if that were the case, the cps would have drawn on this fuck instead of just trying to cuff him.
Not only that, but he had a felony warrant at the time he was released in prison, but supposedly J Ville Sherriff's didn't want to pick him up, so he was released!!Originally posted by SJnah milk's right.

Bethlehem police charged one half of a couple who drank beer on the front porch and had sex in the backyard June of a home they later burglarized.
Hanover Township residents Jacob Lee Filaseta, 20, of the 400 block of West Macada Road and Emilie Segretto, 20, of the 1100 block of Granite Drive, hung out on the front porch of a home in the 700 block of Itaska Street the afternoon of June 12 before entering through a window and stealing a woman's jewelry.
Filaseta brought a case of Natural Light beer to the home, police said, and he and Segretto drank the beer before retiring to the backyard -- in full view of neighbors and their children -- where Segretto performed a sex act on Filaseta. The two then went into a nearby garage, came out few minutes later then went back to drinking beer on the front porch, according to court papers.
Segretto told police, according to court documents, that Filaseta slit the screen on a front window, pushed the window open then went inside and stole Patricia Stuber's jewelry after ransacking her bedroom. Segretto allegedly stayed downstairs while Filaseta stole things.
Filaseta was charged today with burglary, open lewdness, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property. He is already in Northampton County Prison on several drug-related charges stemming from alleged sales he made to an undercover police officer and an alleged assault, according to court records.
Segretto was charged Wednesday with burglary and other alleged crimes.
