They limited it to "restaurants" So bars just have the food brought in, or quit selling food after a certain time, otherwise they would close down.

I've heard of shit like that.

This one pool hall here has a pizza and wing place in the front and halfway back in the pool hall you can just walk up and order food or the servers from the pool hall will order it for you and bring it to you.

it's weird cause it has nothing to do with smoking
