CBS gets 3 stations in Miami and 2 in Philly.

So are all those stations you listed just Tampa? Or are Philly and Miami in that?

What a plan. I wonder if Beasely had those intentions prior to this.

CBS wants out of all but the biggest radio markets and has for some time. This just happened to come together now. I doubt Bubba was the catalyst.

What I hope that REALLY means is that Beasley will finally have Stan and Haney on in tampa. I mean it isn't like there is anything better on from 2-6 up there anyhow.

2-6 is what they have on 96.1 for years now, though they have been a morning show, an afternoon show, a morning show again, etc for years any time 96 Krock has needed to shift things around.

I say that about Stan and Haney being on in Tampa because it has always bugged me that Beasley have held onto those guys for a long long time yet have never even tried putting them on in Vegas or any of their other stations. Beasley has a nice group of stations so you'd think they'd want a show that has always been positively received in this area to at least try to expand some.

Then again I guess there is something to be said for not fucking up a good thing, but Krock and the Beasleys have messed with their slots, taken music breaks away, added them back, and now recently got rid of them again, so that is kind of out the window
