      • Like marijuana or not, it's pretty shitty that they are totally okay with the multiple loopholes in this proposed law.

In most cases yes, this one in particular is an easy fix. The law is written as such:
The Florida Right to Medical Marijuana Initiative, Amendment 2 is on the November 4, 2014 ballot in the state of Florida as an initiated constitutional amendment. The measure, upon voter approval, would legalize medical marijuana. Specifically, the measure would guarantee the following:[1]
That medical use of marijuana by a qualifying patient or personal caregiver is not subject to criminal or civil liability or sanctions under state law.
That a licensed physician is not subject to criminal or civil liability or sanctions for issuing medical marijuana to a person diagnosed with a "debilitating medical condition" under state law.
That registered medical marijuana treatment centers are not subject to criminal or civil liability or sanctions under state law.
The measure defines a "debilitating medical condition" as cancer, multiple sclerosis, glaucoma, hepatitis C, HIV, AIDS, ALS, Crohn's disease, Parkinson's disease "or other conditions for which a physician believes that the medical use of marijuana would likely outweigh the potential health risks for a patient."

Get rid of the yellow portion and I'm 100% behind it.

              • I kinda get it but there are people like me who just have chronic pain and it works for me most of the time and keeps me away from pain meds, It helps with some depression and phobia also.

                • But I do understand in Cali it is a joke and any one with half a brain can answer the questions right and get a card.

In your case, yes I see it, but how many people are going to come up with phantom pains just to get their cards? It pains me to say it, but Grady is right on this one, maybe they need to go back to the drawing board with the law's language.
