A man found passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle is going to prison for his eighth drunken driving conviction in 14 years.
Steven T. Best, 39, of 309 Poplar Ave. NW, pleaded guilty last week to a felony charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them with a repeat offender specification.
On Tuesday, Stark County Common Pleas Judge Taryn L. Heath sentenced Best to a five-year prison term and suspended his driver’s license for 20 years.Member, National Sarcasm Society. Like we need your support.
