More blame Bush!! This is real pathetic.

Obama claimed his administration inherited the problems at MMS, but said "I take responsibility" for problems that persisted since he took office.

If this is the case after almost 18 months, what does this say about his leadership other than it totally sucks?? Sorry to say, we didn't have "accidents" like this under Bush, nor the open nepotism in this department as we do now!! Not saying that This dept. wasn't fucked up under Bush, most of them were. But IMO, they are ALL much worse now.
