they are okay for initial pain relief, but they all buy into quackdom after that. Claiming that those movement/cracking shit will heal cancer and autism and shit.

I remember throwing out my back from using shitty deadlifting form, went to one for a bit to just get me back in shape.

He kept telling me to attend one of his seminars, so I said fuck it and went (along with the rest of his clients). It was such bullshit.....and then I found out he billed my insurance like $400 for going to that thing.

So yeah, they are quacks.
