Hey do any of you know what a good set of ceramic coated pans are? Wife wants some for her birfday. I heard Cuisinart were good, but then when I looked at reviews seems like after 6 months or so they aren't so good.

It's best to give her a blank check in a nice card written up like a coupon. Let her pick out what she wants.

You want to buy Le Creuset, but they are pretty pricey.

However, you can get lucky and get them sometimes on sale at Marshall's, and they do have Le Creuset outlets.

They are enameled cast iron, fucking awesome.

I still have to go back to Seattle and get my Le Creuset stuff from my twat ex gf.
