If I'm a boss and I see my staff promoting another station, that isn't a direct sister station, would raise my eyebrows. But hey, that's just me.

Yes but not for ratings. You don't get ratings for I heart radio or internet. I do agree with you about competing but it's not for what counts and how I get my bonus. 1st place puts me in a way higher tax bracket.
