And I was going to nerd rage at Angel for calling this new movie a "Star Wars Reboot" but he's partially right in that everything post Jedi is rebooted. So he's spared. But most people don't care about the EU besides hardcore Star Wars nerds and a few gamers. Star Wars comic or novel readers of any kind fall under that "hardcore" label to me.

That's 90 minutes a show.

I don't know any other show that goes as long as they do besides the occasional Stern show, so it's fine with me.

Shit, there's nothing in the EU that was ever going to get adapted to film anyway. And I feel like Abrams was a good choice. And Kasdan is anti-suck insurance and co-wrote Empire and Jedi. So while saying nothing can go wrong is presumptuous as hell, at least it's a pretty good bet nothing will go seriously wrong unless Carrie Fisher falls off the wagon.

I think an adaptation of the Yuzzhan Vong invasion or something similar would would be cool. But I'm thinking only Tuddle will know what I'm talking about.
