I understand that you guys are pushing the iheart app... I get it...

but consider the following: What kind of radio station has to rely on another service to get it's product out there? You're a radio station, you should be broadcasting yourselves whether over the FM airwaves or through the intertubes

If said 3rd party service is unavailable - so is your audience.

it's not really about the numbers - it's more that they're building a brand right?

how does it help your brand to be on the Iheart brand where you're just one in a million stations?

At least when you stream from your website it makes people go to the site. It also bumps up your #'s which can help in the internet ad dept...

but I don't think these radio stations higher ups have a fucking clue about how to approach radio and the internet.
