That is Mark Ober, The State's Attorney for Hillsborough County (Tampa) and is the one who tried to prosecute Bubba for the hog deal back in the day and he was also the one who testified on MJ's side during their lawsuit. He was the one who wanted to get "philosophical" about whether Bubba was "innocent" or "not guilty".
