From what I know it will just be for cancer patients in controlled tests at certain hospitals,IMO it is just Cuomo trying to get a positive rub without actually doing anything!

I can't lie and say I'm not a pot head cause I am,but it does help things like my back pain,I hardly ever take pain meds and prefer to not have to,it's people like me who have issue and are helped who need to be included!
