There is a bar a few blocks from me that has sat vacant for 30 years because if any work is done it has to be historically correct,it's just to much money to spend and then try to use as a bar,maybe a museum

When he went to close on Monday, the city threw up all kinds of fines he had to pay and said he would be fined every day it was out of compliance. So they are trying to get that resolved.
