The major problem with this deal, is they knew there were problems, but greed made them ignore them.

Then it exploded. While it was burning and before it sunk, they were trying to save the rig and well for production, rather than kill it. It wasn't till like 2-3 days later they tried to activate the Blow Out Preventer!! Why?? Fuckin greed!!
