I doubt he's even fully aware of what RDS is.

Also, I don't see the issue since just like Bubba doesn't own Army font and stripes, RDS doesn't own that Chinese character. Both of them also have released their own parody shirts prior.

RDS could be sued by half the skateboard companies out there - they all could sue each other - parody has always been an element of skateboarding
