I had a little fucker like that in my neighborhood a decade ago. Little punk would throw rocks at my garage door, so I waited one day and ran out there, yolked him up on his bike and carried him to his dad. I gave his dad an ear full and told him he was raising a future death row inmate. Shit worked and I saw him recently as an adult, nice kid now. Do your job parents.
