It's a vicious cycle because rock radio has to pander to an aging demographic because younger people are not listening to music on FM radio. So they'll play music that's in that aging demo's comfort zone, and not leave that comfort zone, while guys in that demo bitch about there being no good new rock because they'll shit on everything different.
