MJ is married to a former prosecutor. She still has strong ties with the current admin. in the prosecutors office.

Doesn't matter. I've worked in a prosecutor's office. It's sometimes very political. Her former workmates won't do her any favors if push comes to shove.

There is already a lot of negative public reaction to this. Michelle's ties won't do her much good. MJ may be more cooked that that turkey.

Criminal charges? Who knows? I wouldn't have bet on criminal charges being filed in the hog situation. Bubba himself said the bad publicity almost forced the prosecutor to file charges.


I'll bet MJ gets canned though, regardless.

Right at the 25 min mark MJ says "no we don't need to do that" when one of the others says "we need to call the fire department". Then he repeatedly does it again.

LOL people are already bringing up Michelle's ties to the State Attorney's office and how she will attempt to get this covered up. The State Attorney isn't gonna be able to sweep this under the rug.

I'll wager some type of criminal charges get filed. The one for failure to report should be fairly easy to prove with MJ's comments on video, albeit it being only a misdemeanor.

The attempts by Schnitt to refrain from calling the fire department are going to look very, very bad. Those are the comments of someone who knows he is going to be in serious trouble if the fire fighters show up.

I wouldn't doubt that Florida may also have some type of statute that makes it a crime to attempt to prevent someone from calling police or fire in an emergency.
