You really think they have enough people to listen to every conversation or read every bit of data? Obviously they use computers to pick up keywords or 'hear' words spoken, but for the average person, this isn't a big deal. I guarantee every person who has internet in their TOS agreement allows the ISP to participate in these programs. They aren't looking for you Milk.
