It's how he did it that he is fucked. Like he said, he knows the consequences of his actions, yet he is not willing to face those. And to go to China and Russia of all places? Please! I have asked you this twice ...what was he to do ? Congress and the Senate ...Knew about this ,and they were not telling the people shit ! Clapper was asked about the stuff HE lied ..point blank ..Snowden who also swore an oath to protect the constitution as did they all ...yet when they were all are breaking that oath ..he stuck to it ! i see no problem ...

He also took an oath not to disclose secret information. He had options. He should have went to like Rand Paul or sumthin.

Don't get me wrong, our gov does shit all the time I don't agree with, but when you have a clearance, you agree to terms most don't have to.

Clapper should be tried too for his shit.
