I hear ya. I have 200+ vacation hours banked at work, once it hits 300, they'll make me start taking days. Problem is all the assholes at work only ask for Monday's and Friday's off, and who the hell wants to take only the middle of the week off, that's why I haven't taken any time off. The last time I took a "Vacation" was a Wed, Thurs & Fri off for Kingbubbapalooza back in March, and I had to schedule that six months in advance... Before that, it was a week off to visit Atlanta back in 2009.
