yeah guitars and some musical instruments are about all I ever see in the shops that are a deal.

Hell yes. I just thought it was hilarious as to how little cash they wanted in trade with this POS entry level I brought them.....and the fact that someone went and called the cops thinking my trade in was stolen.

you do see crossbows and compound bows though.

I suppose they might take rifle's, but it's such a hassle to sell one up here they might not take them cause of the paperwork nightmare transfering ownership

We have a big chain in our area and outside of maybe in Toronto, I can't think of any other pawn shops. And it's like cut and dried - they enter shit into the computer pretty much and that's what you get

You wanna make some easy money? Buy a Fender Stratocaster American neck from ebay for around $200, then pick up a shitty squire off of craigslist for $50, screw American neck on squire body, and pawn for around 450-500...Booyah!
