    In all honesty, he needs to be. humbled again (read fired). That seems to be the only way to get him motivated, but he's locked into a nice contract, so you get fat and sassy Bubba who doesn't have a care in the world and it shows in his product. His entire crew has just about jumped ship, doesn't that say a lot too?

                            Hey Sin, it's been a week, but I stopped listening to the show and I'm very close to ending it with the 30 minute IO show too.
