I know he said it was being held up with his most current contract negotiations, but I'm pretty sure he signed his new contact so I guess it's in his court if Cox said he's allowed to do it...

If you drive with any alcohol in your system you're asking to get fucked over. The cops, especially down here, are looking for ANY reason to give you a ticket or arrest you.

That isn't to say it is 100% malicious, these guys are obviously being instructed to do this to help generate more income for this massive system we've created as a country.

Those protests are a bad scene and someone always makes sure there's an incident. Whether it's an asshole protester, or a law enforcement plant (if you believe in that sort of thing).
