I have no idea what they were thinking, that it could be one company in the states, and two here. I am a Sirius subscriber, why am I constantly being reminded that I am listening to SiriusXm?

Just like Howard predicted.
NEW YORK (AP) — Talk show host Laura Schlessinger won't stay away from radio very long — only a weekend, in fact.
Sirius XM Radio said Monday it has a multiyear deal with Schlessinger to bring her "Dr. Laura" advice program to satellite radio in January. Specific terms were not revealed.
Schlessinger had said in August she was quitting her syndicated radio program, a week after she apologized for using the N-word on the air 11 times while talking to a black woman, and activists demanded her ouster.
She ends her traditional radio program on Friday, Dec. 31. The following Monday, she starts at Sirius.Member, National Sarcasm Society. Like we need your support.

Richard Pryor would have celebrated his 70th birthday this month, so in his honor Sirius XM will launch Richard Pryor Radio, a four-day uncensored channel devoted to the comedian's decades of groundbreaking work (and profane language).
Richard Pryor Radio will launch Dec. 30 at 5:00 am ET and will run through 11:59 pm ET on Jan. 2 on SIRIUS channel 108 and XM channel 139. The channel will feature hundreds of tracks from live concert performances, stand-up gigs and comedy albums spanning 1968-1992.Member, National Sarcasm Society. Like we need your support.
