I think the idea to put Shannon on the morning is a great idea. Bubba seams like it is a chore to do a radio show any more. Shannon still has a great time being there and you can tell.
Bubba has chased almost everyone away with any kind of talent. For some reason I think he has some respect for Shannon.

I figured it out!!! They are gonna shorten Shannon's show on the front end , and the daily debriefing will be 4 hrs long .

I started to notice when he would leave the show one,two hours leaving Spice in there.Then he was taking off here and there....

You never hear spice trying to rub Bubba's face in that either. He should just retire. We all know his heart isn't in it anymore, thus the two previous people he's tried to groom for a take over, which lead to both leaving.
