Here's the format PJ: All exercises were 3 minutes with a 1 minute break
Jog around the ring
Simulate jump rope or actual jump rope (if you can)
Left jab/forward step from wall to wall
Put on gloves left jab at bag
Jab/cross combos
hard as you can punches
two laps around the ring then throw combos
20 punches then 3 squat thrusts
two jabs to get inside then inside work and then two jabs to get out
lunges
100 crunches, 50 side crunches both left and right then 50 sit ups

They were brutal, they make you go in the ring to do them and I was swimming in my own sweat up there. I actually needed one of the Milfs to hold my feet down while I did them.
