It's simply unreasonable to expect these guys to actually return any of th shit they find in the trash or in sewage. I know that I would be keeping anything of value that I found if I was in their position.

You're kind of a dumb ass if you wear your uniform to the LOCAL pawn shop though, just sort of asking for trouble. At least change your clothes and go to the next town over if you know it's against company policy.
