i put all the bracket things on the wrong way one time and the door wouldnt close took me a while to figure out why

figured that out... it was technically hooked up correct. The fixture they got was actually designed for a tub, not a shower. Hence the bottom being first in the pipes. pull the plug and it goes to the shower... except in this case the bottom is the hand attachment thing.

So the guy was kinda right... but it's fixed now
