I honestly don't think so, he never said don't make fun of me, he was upset he was called a criminal, a cheater and a liar and didn't want his family talked about.

But he walks away with the satisfaction that he potentially bankrupted the fatman and not only does he not have to pay any legal fees he's actually gonna win millions when he sues SLK.
