Mornin' Milk, here's the cliff notes version of what happened...Bubba got fucked in mediation. He agreed to not talk about Michelle or the kids, but MJ is still fair game and in return for MJ not taking this any further via appeals Bubba is responsible for his own legal fees (roughly 800k)

Easy for me to say, but it's time for Bubba to close the book on this deal. Fuck MJ and fuck the legal system. Nothing he can do about it now.

Pretty easily if you think about it, he loses in court, yet he got exactly what he wanted from Bubba and will walk away with millions from the SLK malpractice, I'd call that a win/win
