Ahhh. As that caller from the Burke show said earlier, all of that shit only happens in the south/NW side where all of the mongrels and mexicans reside. Chicago has pretty much systematicallly created the super dangerous areas of the city through gentrification (there are far too many books for me to even begin quoting).
