Yep, it's normally 5-1:30, but on Monday's I get out at 1pm to pick up the little one from early release and work an extra 15 minutes on Tues & Wed. My company has a pilot program going on right now with something called the "utopian" schedule where they don't care when you work, so long as you get your 40 hours in within the 7 day week. It has been getting rave reviews and I'm looking forward to it becoming commonplace here soon.

That's pretty much how my work is..depending on project requirements for most of our engineers. Just call it Flex scheduling. Why I do some work on Sunday to work from on home Friday.
